dhakabet takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. All new registrations are subject to age verification checks, and we may at any time request documentary proof of age from any player. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified in our request will result in account suspension pending resolution.
Underage Gambling: If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered account belongs to a person under the age of 18, that account will be immediately suspended. Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of services available on dhakabet, including depositing funds, placing wagers, and claiming bonuses, you must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts on the Platform:
Single Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on dhakabet. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, or via a different device or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, dhakabet reserves the right to merge the accounts, void all bonuses associated with the duplicate accounts, and permanently close all accounts held by that individual without refund of any associated bonus funds.

Cooperation with Investigations: Players are required to cooperate fully with any investigation conducted by dhakabet or by law enforcement agencies. Failure to cooperate, or any attempt to obstruct an investigation, will be treated as confirmation of the suspected breach and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure: You may request closure of your dhakabet account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or by emailing support@dhakabet. Before your account is closed, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.

- Account inactivity exceeding 24 months with no response to reactivation communications
Where an account is closed by dhakabet due to confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including real-money funds — may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. dhakabet will provide written notice of account closure and the reason for it to the player's registered email address, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or law enforcement obligation.
Appeals Process: If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit a formal written appeal to support@dhakabet within 30 days of receiving the closure notification. Limitation of Liability
